What are the shipping charges?

In order to ensure that you receive your goods in a timely manner, we currently operate from Hong Kong and Singapore. We are able to offer multiple delivery options to suit your preferences:

Hong Kong:

Delivery by Pick up Point**

(1-3 working days delivery)

Free

Free. This is not an automatic option at check out, but if you prefer this method, please read the notes below or drop us an email and we can arrange for this

Orders below HKD300

HKD60

HKD60. This is not an automatic option at check out, but if you prefer this method, please read the notes below or drop us an email and we can arrange for this

 * We currently do not ship to Airport, Ma Wan, Fairview Park, Lantau Island or other outlying islands. We do ship to Tung Chung and Discovery Bay, but please allow for 1 to 2 days additional delivery time due to limitations from our courier.  The courier may call before delivery to arrange the date and time. If no one is at home, courier will attempt delivery again.

** We use SF Express and their available pick-up points are as follows: 

You can leave instructions at check out on making your purchase, or alternatively, you can email us at service@maisonmika.com with the address of your preferred pick-up point from one of the locations offered by SF Express. You will receive a mobile text message (in Chinese - if you need help with translation, please contact us at service@maisonmika.com and we will gladly help) for pick up instructions.

Other Countries:

We currently do not ship to other countries as an option on the site, but watch this space, we will be expanding our offering very shortly.  If you wish to make a purchase for international delivery, please contact us directly and we will be happy to look into this for you. Please note international deliveries may be subject to import taxes and duties as well as restrictions on importation. 

What if I missed my delivery?

It will be possible to arrange for a re-delivery of your parcel free of charge. Please note if a failed delivery occurs a second time, then the courier may sent the items back to us, in which case, you will have to bear HKD60 for the items to be re-delivered to you.

How will my items be packaged?

At Maison Mika, we are proud of our business and our image, though we understand that some of our customers may prefer discretion. So at check out, we offer the option of your products to be delivered in Maison Mika paper bag, or simply plain packaging.  

You can also find our gift box wrapping option for a nominal fee here; be sure to add this to your cart for that added wow factor.

I want to have the products delivered elsewhere other than my billing address, is that possible?

You are able to have the products shipped to another destination that is other than your billing address, for example a hotel room, or as a gift to someone special. However, we do request a contact name and phone number with detailed description or information in order to ensure that we minimise the risk of delays in delivering your parcel.

I want to collect my items in person, is that possible?

Maison Mika is able to offer competitive product prices because we operate as a full online store experience, as such we are not able to offer a physical presence for you to collect your items. We do hope that some time in the not too distant future, this might change though! Watch this space.
