At Maison Mika, we want to help you every step of the way. The adult toy industry is still full of potential potholes, and we are here to guide you and provide you with a better experience. If you don't find the answers you need on our, please feel free to contact us at service@maisonmika.com 

How do I know the products you sell are genuine?

The sex toy industry is largely unregulated, and there are many low quality brands and copycat replicas on the market. These could potentially be harmful to your body and ruin your intimate experience.

At Maison Mika, we take pride in building knowledge and expertise of the products and have built relationships across the sex toy community to bring you the best the world has to offer. We guarantee that every product sold on our site is 100% genuine.

Will I receive exactly what is pictured on the site?

We endeavour to provide you with accurate images of items we stock. However, if items are handmade and individually crafted, there is high possibility that the item received will not be exactly as in the picture (e.g. natural materials such as wood, leather, pearls etc. will likely have slight variations).

Similarly, some items are made exclusively for Maison Mika in small batches. Due to batch productions, items may not be completely identical.

We also try to reflect as accurately as possible the colours and tones of the products, but we cannot vouch that your computer settings will fully and accurately reflect the products’ colours. Please note in some cases, the product in real natural light may be slightly different to the images captured.

What if a product I want is out of stock?

We endeavour to keep stock of all our products, but at times, some items do get sold out due to popular demand. We will try our utmost to re-stock within 7 days, but if there is anything you require in particular, drop us a line at service@maisonmika.com and we will be able to advise when items will be back in-stock.

Do I need to set up an account to make a purchase?

No, you are welcome to browse the site and place orders as a guest; however do note that if you have any wish lists, save your products in cart for later, or keep track of prior orders, then we will need an account set up so that the system can remember these custom preferences for you.

Can I physically view the items before I make a purchase?

Maison Mika is able to offer competitive product prices because we operate as a full online store experience, as such we are not able to offer a physical presence for you to review the items. We do hope that some time in the not too distant future, this might change though! Watch this space. 

Can I make changes to, or cancel my order after I have placed the order and checked out?

Unfortunately, our system does not allow that. However we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible at service@maisonmika.com with your specific request, and we will try to accommodate as best as we can. Please note if the package is already out for delivery via our courier service, we will not be able to facilitate any changes or stop the delivery.
